Acceptance of Terms
By accessing halfzeez.com or engaging HalfZeez for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase services.
Description of Services
HalfZeez provides AI-powered business automation services, including email workflows, outreach systems, operational process support, and related implementation or advisory work. Services may be customized based on client needs, scope, and availability.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate in the delivery process, and use any systems or outputs provided by HalfZeez in a lawful and responsible manner. You are responsible for reviewing automations, outreach content, and business processes before using them in your business where appropriate.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Payments are due according to the agreed invoice or proposal terms. Fees are non-refundable once the applicable service work has been delivered or performed.
Intellectual Property
HalfZeez retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, systems, workflows, and proprietary materials. Upon payment of applicable fees, clients may use deliverables created specifically for them for their internal business purposes, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
HalfZeez provides services on an as-available and commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HalfZeez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of the site or services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing month-to-month service arrangement in accordance with the applicable agreement or with reasonable notice. HalfZeez may also suspend or terminate services if a client fails to pay, breaches these terms, or uses services in a way that creates legal, operational, or reputational risk.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
